MBS Gym in Matara is a well-furnished gym which has a high level of maintenance equipped with modern training equipment. We are based in New Tangalle Rd, Kotuwegoda, Matara and we have a series of programs created to fit your requirements at affordable and reasonable costs. Such programs conducted at MBS are Martial Arts, Body Building, Aerobic & Fitness, Breathing Exercises, Boxing, Sports Injury Handling, Advanced First Aid, Diet & Nutrition and BMI.
We provide our clients Two hour of great fun and fitness, of which in some programs also includes modern music. First, we will assess your individual needs which includes measurement of your body weight, fat percentage and other indicators of health and fitness. At each session, we create a one-hour exercise program of focused, precision effort geared to meet your personal goals.
